Latest update
1) My parents and my aunt will be here in 2 days from now!!!!! I am so excited! I can barely wait!!
2) Charles lost his wedding ring in the ocean on Sunday. Monday we went and bought him a new one. It's nice. This one better stay on his finger. If he loses this one he's plum outta luck. No more Mrs. Nice Girl! :)
3) The weather has been absolutely beautiful! I hope it holds up while my parents are here. There is a chance of rain Fri, Sat, and Sun. Oh please hold off at least on Friday so they have clear skies when flying into Coffs! I really want them to see Coffs at it's best.
4) The judges from Australian Idol will be in Coffs Harbour in March. Too bad I'm not a permanent resident. It would be sorta fun to audition, I think.
5) We got 4 new tires on the car. (Well, 2 are new, 2 are used.) And we got it all for half the cost we were expecting! Praise God!!

I suppose that's all. Charles is bugging me to go pick out music. I guess I better get on it, then.
Ciao!

Glenreagh
Yesterday found Charles and I driving to Glenreagh, a tiny little town about 40 minutes northwest of Coffs. The first weekend of every month they have the Glenreagh markets and they have an old steam-engine train you can ride on as well as an old Melbourne tram. It was something my dad would have loved and I am so sad that they won't be here on the 1st saturday of any month - but Charles and I had a lot of fun! We even ran into a few people from the church! On the way there, there was a car stranded on the side of the road. We flew past and then turned around in the next driveway to see if they needed any help. They did, and although we couldn't fix their car, they were able to use our cell phone to call someone to come get them. And, it just so happened that we turned around in Russell Crowe's driveway! He owns a lot of land and you couldn't see the house at all, but he had these big gates and a really sweet-looking guard house.
So, although we didn't see him, we've been in his driveway. That is our little brush with fame! Maybe someday we'll go eat at the Coramba pub and run into him there. :)
